We ship within 1-2 business days. Due to recent spike in demand from our appearance on shark tank, it may take us a touch longer, but we're working on it!

Return / Exchange Policy:
We are happy to accept returns for unworn or defective merchandise. We also accept exchanges as long as the returned product has been unworn and unwashed (trying it on is just fine), subject to availability. All returns and exchanges must be requested by email 14 days from the day you receive the product. All tags and packaging must be intact and Moonies must be unwashed, undamaged and unworn (except for trying it on). Customer pays for all shipping in connection with the return and exchange. Please verify availability for any exchanges first. Include your name, order number, address, desired color and size, and mail your Moonies us. Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. All "Closed Window" Moonies are Final Sale.

Eco Friendliness:
Moonies are made with the environment in mind. Our suits are made from 86% recycled polyester. We hope to improve that shortly to 100%. Our shipping bags are made from 100% recycled post-consumer plastic.
Please shop responsibly and make sure you want Moonies. So many returned goods end up in landfills and waste our precious resources. "Fast Fashion" (producing cheap, quick goods from virgin materials meant to wear out quickly) is hugely damaging to our planet. While it costs more to produce and ship our high quality suits from recycled materials, as humans, we really don't have another option. Our imprint on the world is real. To care for your Moonies, wash it on gentle cycle with like colors. Hang dry. Do not iron.
